SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use UPS and USPS to ship your packages from our warehouse in Bellevue, Iowa.
- Free Standard Shipping - Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shopping - Packages are shipped via USPS Express or UPS 2 Day and usually arrive within 1-2 days. Shipping charges vary based on the destination.
NOTE: Packages containing aerosol hairspray may take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive and cannot be shipped via expedited. Aerosols can only be shopped via Ground.
Fulfillment Times
We fulfill and ship most, but not all, orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. Shipping times vary, especially around holiday season.
Return Policy
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date of the product (some restrictions apply). Once your request to return the product is received, we will email you a prepaid return label to return the product within 1-2 business days. Click here for more information
