Requirements for an Exchange
- You must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your iron if it will not turn on or will not heat up.
- If we determine you need a replacement, we will have you ship it back to us, and once we receive it, we will ship your replacement.
Requirements for a Refund
- The iron must be undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your iron.
- We only accept returns for heat tools purchased after February 6, 2024 and that are still within 5 day return window from delivery date.
- We do not accept returns on any haircare products, eyeshadow palettes, or root coverage powder.
- Promotional and demonstration (demo) products are all final sales and cannot be returned.
- TYME reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- If we receive a return and find it not in an acceptable condition for a return, we will ship it back to you, and you will not receive a refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We cannot process returns or warranties for purchases made from a 3rd party seller.
- For mail-in returns, please allow up to 7 business days after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse to receive your refund confirmation.
- Please note that we are shipping from the United States, and some countries require you to pay customs or duties fees to be able to accept your package. The customer is responsible for these fees if they apply. You will not receive a refund if you refuse a package because of the customs fees.
