These powders would leave a white residue or feel sandy and gritty in my hair. It was important to me to create a powder that was sprayable and blendable and didn’t feel itchy throughout the day. • Juniperus Communis Fruit Extract - Balances your hair’s natural oil production to give it more volume and body. It also helps to maintain strong hair follicles.
• Bentonite - Derived from volcanic ash. It contains magnesium, calcium and potassium which are important for hair growth. This highly absorbent clay removes impurities and toxins from the scalp and regulates the amount of oil.
• Tapioca Starch - Derived from the Manihot esculenta tree, which is native to South America and Southeast Africa. The starch has good absorbency and leaves a smooth feeling on the scalp and skin when applied.
