PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our shipping and receiving team pulls your order. Our current processing time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is prepped for shipment, we purchase tracking and insurance on every order that we ship. We know it's not fun to pay shipping costs, but we don't want to take any chances of losing your package.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-5 business days after orders are processed and shipped. International orders could take up to 7 business days to receive.
In rare exceptions please note that your order may take longer depending on the situation. We always try to order to you as quickly as possible, as we know how excited you are to receive it, but there are very few times when shipping is delayed because of circumstances out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At TYME, we want every styling experience to feel effortless and extraordinary. If your purchase isn’t quite what you hoped for, or if your tool isn’t performing as it should, our team is here to help.
Exchanges + Returns
If your tool simply isn’t the right fit, you may request an exchange or refund within 5 days of delivery (weekends included).
- Email hello@tymestyle.com within that 5-day window to initiate your request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.
- This policy applies to irons purchased after February 6th, 2024.
Defective Products
We hold our tools to the highest standards, but in the rare event yours arrives with a defect, we’ll ensure a seamless replacement.
- Contact hello@tymestyle.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process,
- We will request photos or a short video of your tool so our team can understand the issue.
- Upon inspection, if the product is confirmed defective, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
Defective means:
- Tool will not power on, even when plugged into a working outlet.
- Power cuts in and out during use.
- Visible sparking from within the tool or at the cord connection.
- Broken clamp or hinge.
- Loose internal parts causing rattling when moved.
- Damaged cord insulation exposing wires.
- Buttons or controls stuck or unresponsive.
Our goal is simple: for you to experience the beauty of flawless styling without compromise.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time should those changes be required for a successful technological and legal operation of this site. You should check these Terms of Use regularly for such changes.
