LIMITED TYME WARRANTY

At Tyme we are always pleased to offer a 90-day warranty on Tyme Style products. Our limited warranty covers the product against any damage that is caused by faulty material(s) or workmanship of the items. This applies ONLY to the Tyme Style hot tools.

At the discretion of Tyme Style, we will then initiate a replacement of the product that is defective or provide the customer with a credit in the form of a specialized unique code that will be sent to the customer's email address provided to be able to use online to purchase their new replacement iron. 

Please be aware that the limited Tyme warranty is only available for a one-time use and cannot be used on the replacement product once it has been issued.

THE LIMITED TYME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Any damage due to misuse of product such as abuse, failure to follow instructions per the given tutorials by Tyme Style, steel parts, plastic parts or cord misuse.

This warranty also does not cover any damages from day-to-day wear and tear from using the product multiple times, scratched or damaged plates, dysfunction due to product build-up, neglect in safety concerns or lastly the use of unauthorized attachments that do not partner with do not partner with Tyme Style.
