PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our shipping and receiving team pulls your order. Our current processing time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is prepped for shipment, we purchase tracking and insurance on every order that we ship. We know it's not fun to pay shipping costs, but we don't want to take any chances of losing your package.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-5 business days after orders are processed and shipped. International orders could take up to 7 business days to receive.
In rare exceptions please note that your order may take longer depending on the situation. We always try to order to you as quickly as possible, as we know how excited you are to receive it, but there are very few times when shipping is delayed because of circumstances out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At TYME, we want every styling experience to feel effortless and extraordinary. If your purchase isn’t quite what you hoped for, or if your tool isn’t performing as it should, our team is here to help.
TYME Exchange Policy
At TYME, each tool is crafted with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. To ensure every guest receives products in pristine condition, we have a few refined guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Exchanges
- Customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact TYME if they wish to request an exchange.
- Once approved by our team, the item must be returned within 5 days, in its original condition: unused and unopened. This ensures the highest standard of quality for every customer.
Defective Products
- In the rare event that your item arrives defective, you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. We will work with you to make it right.
A Gentle Reminder
Because of the nature of luxury styling tools and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of every product, we’re unable to accept items that have been opened or used. We truly appreciate your understanding as we uphold this standard of care.
